Weather warning across Ireland

3rd October 2019


The Met Office have released a Yellow weather warning for Storm Lorenzo indicating a spell of strong south-easterly winds across Ireland from Thursday morning 3rd October, easing Friday morning 4th October 2019.

This is likely to cause delays to road, rail, air and ferry transport with south-easterly winds expected to increase during Thursday, bringing gusts of 50 mph to Northern Ireland, whilst exposed coastal locations and high ground may see gusts of 55-60 mph.
